What makes a Doctor of Chiropractic different than a medical doctor, physical therapist (PT/DPT), nurse practitioner, or other health providers?

Our focus is on optimizing nerve signal transmission in the human body through the detection, analysis, and correction of the vertebral subluxation. This allows the brain to communicate and coordinate body functions, enabling the individual to attain optimal health and function. Our training uniquely qualifies us to maintain, restore, and improve neuro-mechanical, immunological, and physiological function; as well as providing counseling in general health matters, weight management, ergonomics, exercise, hygiene, nutrition, outcome assessments, wellness, and good health habits. Finally, we appreciate working with your MDs, PTs, nurse practitioners, and other health providers! We don't see them as competition, but as allies in the quest to help you attain your healthiest self.
